We design and construct high quality in-situ concrete skateparks and active public realm.

Why we are here

For decades, skateparks were the result of significant pressure from passionate individuals; something we cannot commend enough. But as an indirect result, the distribution and quality of Skateparks across the UK varies massively, with many pushed to the fringes of our public realm by clients that misunderstand their value.

As physical and mental health continues to decline, the integration and adoption of skateparks is now long overdue; the physical and mental health benefits associated with self-organised activity should be equally available to all communities, regardless of affluence or geography.

Who we are

Wheelscape is an employee-owned business. We purposefully combine the UK’s most experienced skatepark designers and build teams, with experts in architecture, play and landscaping, all led by a management team eager to redefine expectations.

Our approach

We forge close working relationships with clients and communities that share our desire for transformational change. Guiding (and being guided) through the complete process, we knock down barriers, avoid known pitfalls and design bespoke solutions that reflect the hopes and needs of the entire community.

Wheelscape’s in-situ concrete construction method is entirely bespoke, affording our designers total design freedom. We intend to leverage that setup by responding to the aspirations of each community in unique and inspiring ways, lowering the barrier to entry wherever possible.
